You voluntarily enter financial data into Monimane, including: transactions (date, amount, category, and optional notes), wallets (name, balance, currency), budgets (category, amount, period), and custom categories.
When you use the AI receipt scanning feature, your receipt images are processed by AI to extract transaction data. Images are not permanently stored on our servers. Only the extracted data (amount, date, description) is saved if you choose to create a transaction from the scan.
We store your language preference (Vietnamese, English, or Japanese) in our database. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser.
